MP3 AUDIO FILES – WERNER ERHARD LIVE. “The WE Files” PROPERTY OF PAUL R. JOHNSON
THIS ONE PERSON LICENSE AGREEMENT is by and between Paul R. Johnson, owner of Werner Erhard Live “The WE Files”, and Recipient, together the “Parties”, for the PERSONAL USE AND LISTENING ONLY of three (3) MP3 Audio Files hereafter collectively called “Werner Erhard Live” or “TheWE Files”; one lecture is approximately two hours named “WE LIVE “LOVE” Part I. one is approximately two hours called WE LIVE “Love” Part II, and one lecture is approximately two hours named “WE LIVE “Happiness”; all lectures were personally presented by Werner Erhard speaking in person at the Annual California Dental Association Conventions in San Francisco and Anaheim, CA, about 1980; all MP3 audio files are hereafter called “TheWE Files”.
THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:
For the payment of Good and Valuable Consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereto agree that Recipient has received one or more of the MP3 audio files named The WEFiles; and Recipient agrees that The WE Files ARE FOR PERSONAL USE, LISTENING AND PLAYING ONLY; and Recipient agrees that he / she will not play The WE Files for more than two people at any one time, and will not copy, or distribute, or sell, or give, or play for any “group” of more than 3 people, or use for any commercial purpose, under the Penalty of Payment Upon Demand of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) per occurrence (Violation), payable to Paul R. Johnson, simultaneously with the immediate destruction of the original and /or all copies of The WE Files. Recipient agrees to be responsible, under the terms and conditions above for the original copies of The WE Files received, and any copies or distribution of the audio The WE Files that he/she may cause, intentionally or unintentionally, by any means, to “land” or be in other hands, or be in possession of any other person or company.
AGREED TO BY RECIPIENT, and/ or if Recipient Does Not Hereby Agree to All Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, Recipient hereby Agrees to not complete this transaction and to immediately destroy and permanently delete all TheWE Files that may be in his or her possession.
